The Bar Cup Rinser consists of a SUS304 stainless steel tray or basin, an ABS multi-angle spray head, a quick-drain grille, and inlet and outlet connections. It's a fast-acting cup rinser designed for installation on bar counters or sinks.

Various sizes available

The Bar Cup Rinser is available in two models: a long tray and a black basin. The silver tray is 600 cm long, 24 cm wide, and 7.8 cm high, covering the opening of 53.8 by 17.9 cm, with a 4.5 cm high flange to prevent splashing. The black stainless steel basin is available in a long model of 33.8 by 19 cm with a side height of 14 cm, or a square model of 17.5 by 18.5 cm with a side height of 13.5 cm. The unit weighs approximately 3 kg and, when installed, blends seamlessly with modern dark or metal countertops.


Multi-angle Ultra-Speed Cleaning

The ABS nozzle features a radial spray hole and a pressure-retaining spring. Pressing the button creates a 360-degree water jet. Using a standard water supply of 2 to 4 kg per square centimeter, it can rinse away residue from the bottom and sides of cups in 2 to 5 seconds. The operating water pressure range is 0.1 to 0.6 MPa, and the recommended water temperature is 4 to 60 degrees Celsius, stable in both hot and cold conditions.


Food-grade corrosion resistance

The water-receiving surface and flow channel are constructed of extruded 304 stainless steel, resistant to cleaning agents and coffee acid residue. The brushed or fine-grained black finish is scratch-resistant and fingerprint-resistant. The seals are food-grade silicone, ensuring long-term heat and cold cycling without leaks. All corners are rounded for added safety.


Ready to install

Drill the holes according to the dimensions above, drop the unit into the housing, and press and seal. The front cover creates a seamless finish. The default water inlet connection is G1/2-inch, with an optional 3/4-inch option for drain connection to a conventional sink drain. It is recommended to reserve a 60 x 500 mm kick plate return air duct for maintenance. Installation of a single unit takes ten to fifteen minutes.


Smooth drainage and easy maintenance

The tray has a built-in diversion slope of approximately 2% and a large grille, creating a fast inflow and outflow drainage path, ensuring continuous flushing without water accumulation during peak hours. The grille and nozzle are tool-free to install and remove. Daily cleaning requires only a mild detergent solution. Weekly cleaning requires soaking the entire unit for descaling. Once reset, it's ready to go.


Customization and Compatibility

Laser or silk-screen logo printing is supported. The panel size, nozzle quantity and hole placement, surface finish, and water inlet specifications can all be customized to your store's standards. An installation template and water routing diagram are included with the product, facilitating quick project implementation.

Café Italian Workstation

Place the Bar Cup Rinser between the Grinder and espresso machine. After milking, align the milk container mouth with the nozzle and press down for two to five seconds. With your other hand, simultaneously wipe the steam wand and remove the cup. The silver tray's 600 x 240 support surface ensures stable placement, while the 360-degree water jet cleans the cup walls and crevices, ensuring a smooth dispensing rhythm during peak evening hours.


Ice-cutting Area for Milk Tea Shops

The compact, square-shaped unit, measuring 17.5 x 18.5, is embedded in the cold counter. Shakers and measuring cups are rinsed immediately upon use, with the water jet from the nozzle penetrating deep into the threads and seals, reducing the need for manual scrubbing. A grille traps fruit pulp and tea residue, preventing them from entering the drain and causing blockage, streamlining the cleaning process between shifts.


Craft Bar Cup Rinser

The Bar Cup Rinser is located in a short path next to the faucet. It quickly rinses and pre-chills tulip and straight cups before serving. The black 304 basin is resistant to wine stains and alkaline detergents. When closing, remove the grille to rinse out any residue. The 13-14 cm cavity allows for thorough wiping, allowing for immediate use upon reopening the next day without retesting or adjustment.


Hotel Breakfast Island

This is built into the juice and coffee buffet. The 4.5 cm flange prevents splashing, keeping the floor dry and safe. When used continuously over multiple shifts, the shower head can be removed and cleaned within 30 seconds. Employees follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists. The temperature and pressure remain stable between 0.2 and 0.4 MPa, ensuring easy replication of front-of-house hygiene standards.


Corporate Tea Room

This is installed between the water heater and sink. A G1/2 hose connects directly to the property's water supply, allowing mugs and thermoses to be reliably cleaned in hot water at room temperature, ranging from 40 to 60 degrees Celsius. Administration checks seals and descaling records weekly, and brushed surfaces are easily cleaned, ensuring consistent cleanliness in public areas.
