The Stainless Steel Glass Rinser is a professional glass rinser designed to be built into a bar or sink countertop. It features an ABS multi-angle nozzle and a quick-drain grille. Simply press down on the cup lip to trigger the high-pressure water jet, removing milk stains and coffee oils in seconds.

The ABS nozzle features a radial nozzle and a pressure-bearing spring. Press and release to spray, creating a 360° water jet. At a water supply of 0.2–0.4 MPa, it can rinse a typical coffee cup or milk jug in 2–5 seconds. The nozzle is equipped with anti-clogging ribs and can be removed and cleaned by hand, ensuring consistent water flow even after frequent use.
The water-receiving surface and flow channel are all made of 304 stainless steel, one-piece extrusion, resistant to caffeine and detergents. The surface is brushed silver or fine sand black for scratch and fingerprint resistance. The seal is food-grade silicone, leak-proof during hot and cold cycles, and the rounded corners are scratch-resistant.
Place and install according to the corresponding opening size: Tray type: 538×179 mm; Basin type: centered opening according to the outer frame dimensions; ≥14" space reserved for undercounter The inlet and outlet connections are complete at a height of 1.5 cm. Gaskets and fixings are included, and typical installation takes 10–15 minutes per unit.
The tray has a built-in diversion slope of approximately 2%, and the large grille on the right side creates a "fast in-and-out" water path. This eliminates water accumulation even during peak flushing. The grille retracts completely, trapping coffee grounds and pulp in the sediment area for easy disposal and wiping.
A single press with one hand activates the spray, allowing you to remove cups or clean the steam wand with the other hand, making bar work more compact. Even narrow cup openings can be rinsed in seconds, reducing the use of hand brushes and cleaning cloths.
The nozzle and grille are quick to remove without tools. Daily cleaning requires warm water and a neutral detergent, while weekly cleaning allows for full soaking and descaling. The stainless steel panel cleans with a single wipe and is available in black or silver, matching the style of mainstream coffee equipment.
Custom logos, panel dimensions, nozzle quantity/hole locations, water inlet specifications, and surface finishes can be customized according to chain SOPs. Installation templates and water path diagrams are provided, ensuring rapid turnaround of large-Scale projects.
Insert a 600 x 240 mm tray-shaped stainless steel glass rinser between the Grinder and espresso machine. After straining milk, press down on the Milk Jug mouth toward the spray nozzle for 2–5 seconds to remove stains. With your other hand, simultaneously wipe the steam wand and remove the cup. The large support surface provides a stable position, ensuring continuous dispensing without water accumulation and uninterrupted flow.
